Proceedings

The conference proceedings will be published both online by SLAC's eConf service and in paper form by World Scientific (http://www.worldscientific.com). The entire proceedings will appear in International Journal of Modern Physics: Conference Series. Some papers selected by the journal editor will co-appear in International Journal of Modern Physics A.
All contributions to the XXXIII Symposium on Physics in Collision will be included in the proceedings (poster, poster with presentation, plenary talks) .

DEADLINE: Nov. 15, 2013.
You can download the tarball with instructions and templates here .
We cannot wait for manuscripts that arrive significantly later than the deadline - the proceedings will be published without such contributions!
Page limits for each contribution:
12 pages for 35 / 40 min talks
9 pages for 25 / 30 min talks
4 pages for posters
The proceedings will be first reviewed by the session conveners. Please, upload a .pdf version to the Indico page of PIC2013. The session convener will review the paper. After having received the comments from the session convener, the authors are required to submit their papers and source files to the ePrint arXiv server. Authors using MS Word cannot submit source files to the ePrint arXiv server, but rather must submit a PDF file instead

HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PROCEEDINGS:
If you have trouble with the indico system, please check the following
2. Click "View" on the right of the contribution that you want to upload your paper.
3. Click "Upload paper" on the right side of the page
4. Click "Upload paper" in the pop up window
5. Upload your paper in the pop up window.

Some presenters may not be able to submit their proceedings as they still do not have a IHEP indico account.
Please get one via: http://indico.ihep.ac.cn/confUser.py?confId=2989 and then inform Ms. Shuopin WEN wensp@ihep.ac.cn.

Upon acceptance at the arXiv server, the proceedings editors will pull the paper (and the source files if necessary) directly from the server and will send email notification to the submitter stating complete or incomplete submission. Submission to the arXiv server provides automated version control. If authors need to make changes, they can resubmit to the arXiv server, and a new version number is automatically issued, thus eliminating most version control problems. Please follow the SLAC Publication Policy
